2. Encouragement & Scripture:

3. Loss and Crises

“Hey, I heard about [______]. I was thinking about coming by if that’s alright. If it’s ok to come, can I bring you anything when I do?”
“Hi, I heard about [_______]. I’m so sorry to hear this. Could you use some company?”
[Name], I am so sorry for your loss. I am thankful that we have the promise of [name] being in Jesus’ presence as we take our last breath (2 Corinthians 5:8), but know that the loss is painful. Praying that the God of comfort comforts you in the days, weeks, months, and years to come (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). Praying for you and the family. Can I do anything for you?”
